Thanks for Excellence in Service!

Happy New Year, Krystal! Hope you had a great new year’s celebration and relaxing time off of work. I wanted to let you and the leadership at Cardinal Moving Systems know how GREAT a job was done by Nick, Claude, Darren and Cameron. Nick is an excellent leader, and trust me, I have worked with all levels of leadership , including CEO’s – and Nick knows how to get the best out of his team.

Nick gives outstanding service, is very detailed oriented, a great communicator and a hands on leader. If this email can be forwarded to Nick’s manager (and to Nick!) so that he can be recognized for his excellent work, please do so for me.

Over the past 22 years, I have moved numerous times, mostly corporate paid moves. But, I have to say, that the service and commitment we have received thus far from you, Nick and the Cardinal Moving Systems team has been one of (if not the) best.

If ever Jeff and I have an opportunity to refer Cardinal Moving Systems to individuals or companies, we will definitely do so.

So, thanks, Krystal, because it started with you. Based on how you communicated with me from the first call, I knew I wanted to work with your company. I expect that the rest of the move will go as smoothly.

I should have more specific dates about the transfer of boxes and the car to Nashville by the end of next week, for sure. Again, thanks for everything you and the Cardinal Moving Systems team have done. Talk with you soon!
