Thanks for changing the image of the long-distance moving industry!

I just wanted to let you know that everything went as planned and I was charged exactly what I was quoted for the move. They did want a $100 deposit plus half the balance on pickup, but the ending balance was exactly the same as the preliminary estimate. Also, they picked up my stuff in the afternoon of the 28th and delivered it in the morning on the 29th.

They rated the load by the list of items rather than the cubit footage. So I would have been charged about $4.00 per box and for any other items that weren't on the original list. They ended up taking a few extra things anyway and I took the rest in my Explorer. We got it all to Oregon from Washington and moved in all before the 24 hour mark! I was quite thankful and very impressed! Tim, the foreman, was exceptionally polite, informative, and straight forward.
